The ACCA qualification is divided into two levels: Fundamentals & Professional. The fundamental level is further divided into Knowledge & Skills level.




The Knowledge papers introduce you to the basics & main arears of financial & management accounting. Whereas the Skills paper cover six main papers which impart technical accounting knowledge which are important for accountants.

Professional Ethics is at the heart of the ACCA qualification and is covered in 11 of the 16 exam papers. The Professional Ethics module must also be taken before you can become an ACCA member. Students are given access to the Professional Ethics module when they have completed the first three exams of the ACCA Qualification (F1 - Accountant in Business, F2 - Management Accounting and F3 - Financial Accounting), although it is recommended that students take the module at the same time as, or before, attempting Paper P1 - Governance, Risk and Ethics.

  • Question Type: F5-F9 papers are objective and essay type questions.

  • Completion Time: 3 Hours

  • Examination Window: March, June, September & December

  • Corporate and Business Law Paper (F4): Is a two-hour objective test examination which is available as a computer-based exam for English and Global variant.

  • Minimum Pass Percentage: 50%
